Business hours labour where applicable is charged in 15-minute blocks at the following hourly rates:
- Helpdesk – $220 per hour (telephonic assistance non development)
- Systems Administrator/Webmaster $220 per hour (hands on assistance)
- Engineer/developer $220 per hour (hands on assistance)
After Hours Support Fees, minimum 30 minutes charged in blocks of 30 minutes:
- Systems Administrator/Webmaster $200 per hour (hands on assistance)
- Engineer/developer $330 per hour (hands on assistance)
